Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava razvoj modularne vpenjalne priprave za obdelavo temeljne plošče. Ob končani zasnovi smo določili še potrebne obdelovalne postopke v programu SolidCAM, katerim smo izbrali še potrebna orodja in rezalne parametre. Preverili smo simulacijo kolizije med obdelovalnim strojem in vpenjalno pripravo.

Title:Modular fixture for machining of the base plate
Abstract:The thesis discusses the development of a modular clamping fixture for the machining of a base plate. The main goal of the thesis was to develop a modular clamping fixture that allows quick and easy adaptation to different workpieces, contributing to greater flexibility in production. During its design, we had to pay particular attention to ensuring that it was designed to allow quick and straightforward adaptations according to the specific requirements of each workpiece. At the same time, it was important to maintain a certain level of precision and reliability of processing, as this is crucial for the quality of the final product. The basis for selecting the components was the company Halder, while missing pieces were self-designed in the SolidWorks program. After finalizing the design, we also defined the necessary machining operations in the SolidCAM program, for which we selected the necessary tools and cutting parameters. We also performed a collision simulation between the machining tool and the clamping fixture.
