Title:Affiliation of football players
Abstract:Employee loyalty is very important for the long-term success of organizations. Employees who are affiliated have a positive impact on mutual relationships within the organization and its business performance. Therefore, the management of each organization should strive to increase the level of affiliation, because in this way the organization can create a competitive advantage. The same applies to all sports organisations, including football clubs. The importance of employee loyalty to the organization was therefore explored in the diploma project. In the theoretical part, we first defined affiliation and presented the factors that influence it. In the following, we presented the model of three components, the level of affiliation, ways of measuring affiliation and its importance for the organization, and then we linked loyalty to satisfaction and motivation. We also researched the management of sports organizations, where we presented models of sports organizations and organizational approaches, and concluded the theoretical part with the definition of socialization in football. In the empirical part, by analysing the questionnaire, we analyzed the level of affiliation in football teams U17 and U19 NK Maribor, where we found out that the footballers of both teams are affiliated and consequently successful.
