Abstract:
Z informacijskimi sistemi v zdravstvu se informatiki ter zdravstveni strokovnjaki ukvarjajo že od polovice prejšnjega stoletja. Od pojava prvih avtomatiziranih sistemov pa do 21. stoletja se informatika ter informatika v zdravstvu razvijata z enako hitrostjo. Skozi diplomsko nalogo opisujemo module ter specifikacije informacijskih sistemov v zdravstvu, ki morajo biti izjemno agilni ter elastični. Opredelimo zgodovino zdravstvene informatike ter navedemo tako domače kot tuje ponudnike in tehnologije, ki bodo gradile prihodnost informacijskih sistemov. V zadnjem poglavju preučimo še trenutni sistem slovenskega zdravstva ter v sklepu navedemo pozitivne in negativne lastnosti celotne diplomske naloge.

Title:
Informatics systems in healthcare
Abstract:
Informatics and health experts have been working with information systems in healthcare since the middle of the last century. From the appearance of the first automated systems until the 21st century, informatics and informatics in health care are developing at the same speed. The thesis describes modules and specifications of information systems in healthcare, which must be extremely agile and elastic. We define the history of health informatics and list both domestic and foreign providers and technologies that will build the future of information systems. In the last chapter, we examine the current system of Slovenian health care, and in the conclusion we state the positive and negative qualities of the entire thesis.
