Abstract:Današnje nadvse dinamično proizvodno okolje zahteva prilagodljive in učinkovito oblikovane intralogistične procese, česar se v podjetju Geberit proizvodnja d.o.o. dobro zavedajo. V podjetju Geberit proizvodnja d.o.o. proces oskrbe montažnih linij rešujejo s pomočjo vlačilcev, t. i.

Title:Technical-economic analysis to justify the investment in the renewal of intralogistics with autonomous mobile robots
Abstract:Today's highly dynamic production environment requires flexible and efficiently designed intralogistics processes, which the company Geberit proizvodnja d.o.o. is well aware of. The company's assembly line supply process is solved with the help of towing vehicles, e.g. “milk-run” trains. As the existing method of supplying assembly lines was not achieving the desired efficiency, the company Geberit proizvodnja d.o.o. decided to automate the assembly line supply process. To this end, the current state of intralogistics processes in the company was analysed and, through a process of synthesis, the essential insights were combined into proposals for more efficient solutions. Based on a study of the existing condition of a real example, it was concluded that the existing supply of assembly lines is not efficient. Through this logistics study, it has been proven that the use of autonomous mobile robots for the purpose of supplying assembly lines at the company Geberit proizvodnja d.o.o. results in higher productivity of the logistics department.
Keywords:intralogistics, renewal of internal transport, automated guided vehicles AGV, autonomous mobile robots AMR, logistics and economic analysis.
