Abstract:	Cilj diplomskega dela je raziskati vpliv ustvarjalnih in standardnih vaj na mlajše selekcije deklic in najti razlike med njimi. Cilj je ugotoviti, ali bi bilo potrebno spremeniti način učenja mlajših selekcij deklic pri košarki, kar se lahko prenese tudi na učenje za šolo, s tem pa bi lahko poiskali nove načine učenja v šolah. V Sloveniji veliko deklic trenira košarko in velikokrat pride do situacije, da se vaje ponavljajo in jim košarka postane monotona, zato niso dovolj pozorne na to, kaj morajo narediti. Skozi delo smo raziskovali, katera vrsta učenja bolje vpliva na mlajše selekcije deklic pri košarki in kako bi lahko to vplivalo na treninge ali učenje v prihodnosti. Ugotovili smo, da je pomembna mešanica vaj, tako standardnih kot ustvarjalnih. Pri standardnih vajah smo ugotovili, da imajo deklice večjo koncentracijo, a manjšo motivacijo, pri ustvarjalnih vajah pa velja obratno, kar pomeni večjo motivacijo in manjšo koncentracijo. Zato je pomembno, da pri vajah za največjo učinkovitost uporabljamo tako standardne kot ustvarjalne načine.

Title:	Creativity and motivation for teaching younger girls in the field of basketball
Abstract:	The aim of the thesis is to investigate how creative exercises affect younger selections of girls, how standard exercises affect them, and what is the difference between them. The goal is to find out if it would be necessary to change the way of learning for younger selections of girls in basketball, which can also be transferred to learning for school, and with this we could also find new ways to teach students in schools. In Slovenia, many girls practice basketball and often the situation arises that the exercises are repeated, and basketball becomes monotonous for them and they also do not pay enough attention to what they have to do. Through the task, we investigated which type of learning has a better effect on younger selections of girls in basketball and how it could affect training or learning in the future. We found it important to have a mix of exercises, both standard and creative. In standard exercises, we found that girls have more concentration but less motivation, while in creative exercises, the opposite is true, which means more motivation and less concentration. Therefore, it is important to use both standard and creative ways to exercise for maximum effectiveness.
