Abstract:Zaključno delo preučuje delovanje fotonapetostnega sistema in baterijskega hranilnika ter raziskuje upravičenost investicije v samooskrbo na podlagi zakonodajnih in tržnih sprememb. Pri izračunu bomo obravnavali letni profil porabe in proizvodnje električne energije gospodinjskega odjemalca s fotonapetostnim sistemom in baterijskim hranilnikom. Na podlagi izračunanih podatkov o proizvodnji električne energije s fotonapetostnega sistema in meritev o porabi električne energije gospodinjskega odjemalca na 15-minutnem časovnem intervalu bomo določili velikost baterijskega hranilnika električne energije. Cenovne strukture električne energije bodo oblikovane v skladu z določili Energetskega zakona in Zakona o spodbujanju rabe obnovljivih virov energije, ob upoštevanju obstoječega in novega metodološkega pristopa k obračunavanju omrežnine ter glede na različna časovna obdobja. Na podlagi tehnično-ekonomske analize bomo pridobili temeljne ugotovitve o smiselnosti samooskrbe v določenih razmerah in znanja o integraciji baterijskega hranilnika s fotonapetostnim sistemom.

Title:The impact of legislative and market changes on the eligibility of an investment in a self-supplying photovoltaic and battery storage system
Abstract:The following thesis examines the operation of a photovoltaic system and a battery storage system, and investigates the justification for investing in self-sufficiency based on legislative and market changes. The calculation will consider the annual electricity consumption and production profile of a residential consumer with a photovoltaic system and a battery storage system. Based on the calculated data on electricity production from the photovoltaic system and measurements of the residential consumer's electricity consumption at 15-minute time intervals, we will determine the size of a battery storage system. The price structures of electricity will be formed in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Act and the Act on the promotion of the use of renewable energy sources, considering the existing and the new methodological approach to the network charges, and depending on different time periods. Based on the techno-economic analysis, we will obtain fundamental findings on the sensibility of self-sufficiency in certain circumstances and knowledge about the integration of the battery storage system with the photovoltaic system.
