Abstract:	Podoba osebe je lastnost interakcije, ki vpliva na to, kako posameznik dojema uporabnika. Na podlagi uniforme se od osebe pričakujejo določene lastnosti in odnos. Ustrezna podoba zdravstvenega osebja vpliva na nadaljnji odnos pacienta in njegovo zaupanje, zato želimo v zaključnem delu predstaviti vpliv podobe zdravstvenega osebja na pacientovo zaznavanje oskrbe in obravnave. V zaključnem delu smo izvedli pregled literature, v katerega smo vključili članke, ki so obravnavali tematiko o vplivu podobe zdravstvenega osebja na pacientovo zaznavanje oskrbe in obravnave. Članke smo iskali po treh bazah podatkov, in sicer: PubMed, Web of Science in CINAHL (with Full Text). Uporabljena je bila deskriptivna metoda dela. Izvedli smo kritično oceno člankov na podlagi hierarhije dokazov in naredili analizo člankov ter tematsko sintezo. Izmed 196 člankov smo v končno analizo vključili 13 člankov. Le dva članka sta preučevala otroško populacijo (2/13; 15,4 %). Rezultati vključenih kažejo, da so pacienti bolj naklonjeni k beli obleki za zdravnike, saj predstavlja strokovnost in zaupanje ter k modri uniformi za medicinsko sestro, saj predstavlja profesionalnost in dostopnost. Ključnega pomena poleg uniforme predstavlja tudi odnos osebja ter potrpežljivost, udobje in zaupanje v osebje, ki jih obravnava. S starostjo si ljudje ustvarijo različna dojemanja zdravstvenega osebja, ki temeljijo na podobi. Pomembno je, da se kot zdravstveni delavci zavedamo, kako ključen je ustrezen odnos do pacienta ter mu omogočimo čim prijetnejšo izkušnjo v interakciji z nami.

Title:	The role of the image of medical staff on the perception of the patients care and treatment
Abstract:	A person's image is an interaction property that affects how individual perceives the user. Based on the uniform, certain qualities and attitudes are expected from a person. The appropriate image of the medical staff affects the patient's further attitude and his trust, so in the final work we want to present the role of the image of medical stuff in the perception of the patient's care and treatment. In the final work, we carried out a systematic review of the literature, where we discussed the topic of the influence of the image of medical stuff in the perception of the patient's care and treatment. We searched for articles in three databases -namely: PubMed, Web of Science and CINAHL (with Full Text). A descriptive method of work was used. We performed a critical evaluation of the articles and made a thematic analysis of the articles and synthesis. Out of 196 articles, we included 13 articles in the final analysis. Only two articles studied the pediatric population (2/13; 15.4 %). The results of those involved show that patients are more inclined to white uniforms for doctors, as it represents professionalism and trust, and to blue uniforms for nurses, as it represents professionalism and accessibility. In addition to the uniform, the attitude of the staff and the patience, comfort and trust in the staff who treat them are the key importance. With age, people create different perceptions of medical personnel based on their image. It is important that as medical professionals we realize how important it is to have a proper attitude towards the patient and to provide him with as pleasant experience as possible when interacting with us.
