Abstract:	V digitalni dobi se management podjetij sooča z izzivi hitro spreminjajočega se poslovnega okolja, kjeragilnost, učinkovitost in inovativnostpostajajo ključni dejavniki uspeha. Spletna orodja in aplikacije so postaliodličen pripomoček za uspešno obvladovanje teh izzivov,saj omogočajo prehod iz tradicionalnih pristopov k bolj prilagodljivim, učinkovitim in hitrim načinom dela.V diplomskinalogise osredotočamo prav na to preobrazbo, pri čemer v ospredje postavimo analizo aplikacij za namen izboljšanja projektnega managementa, komuniciranja v podjetju terupravljanja človeškihvirov.Vteoretičnemdeludiplomske naloge predstavimomanagement v digitalni dobi,vosrednjemdelunaloge pa obravnavamoorodjaTrello, Asana, Jira, Slack,Zoom, Gusto in Workable.Programske opremeopišemoz vidika funkcionalnosti,finančnega aspekta (plačljivih planov) ter prednosti in slabosti.V študiji primerapreko intervjujapredstavimovrednosti aplikacijeza podjetje še iz prve roke. V sklepu so povzete glavne ugotovitve naloge, ki poudarjajo pomembnost učinkovitega upravljanja s pomočjo spletnih aplikacij in orodij v sodobnem poslovnem okolju.S sklepom diplomske naloge povzamemo bistvene ugotovitve. Te izpostavljajo ključno vlogo spletnih aplikacij in orodij pri doseganju učinkovitega managementa v sodobnem poslovnem okolju.Z aplikacijami Trello, Asana in Jira podjetje učinkoviteje izpolnjuje naloge projektnega managementa, aplikaciji Slack in Zoompospešitainizboljšata komuniciranje v podjetju,aplikaciji Gusto in Workable pa bistveno olajšataupravljanjezaposlenih.Omeniti velja,da pravilna implementacija in uporaba teh rešitev nistazgolj tehnični vidik, ampak predstavljatastrateški korak, ki organizacijamomogoča, da premagajo izzive ter ohranijo konkurenčno prednost na trgu.

Title:	Use of online applications and tools to help company management
Abstract:	In the digital age, the management of companies is facing challenges from a rapidly changing business environment, where agility, efficiency, and innovation are becoming vital successfactors. Online tools and applications have become excellent aids for successfully managing these challenges, enabling transition from traditional approaches to more adaptable, efficient, and swift work methods. In this thesis, we focus precisely on this transformation, foregrounding an analysis of applications to enhance project management, internal communication, and human resources management. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we introduce management in the digital era, while in the core section wedelve into the tools Trello, Asana, Jira, Slack,Zoom, Gusto, and Workable. We describe the software from the perspective of functionality and financial aspects (paid plans), as well as advantages and disadvantages. Through a case study utilizing interviews, we present first-hand insights into the value of these applications for the company. The conclusion summarizes the main findings of the thesis, highlighting the significance of effective management through web applications and tools in the modern business environment. Through the conclusion of the thesis, we encapsulate the essential discoveries. These underscore the pivotal role of web applications and tools in achieving effective management in the contemporary business environment. Trello, Asana, and Jira enable the company to fulfil project management tasks more efficiently, Slack and Zoom expedite and enhance internal communication, while Gusto and Workable significantly facilitate employee management. It's worth noting that the proper implementationand utilization of these solutions are not merely technical aspects but strategic steps that enable organizations to overcome challenges and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
