Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali organizacijsko klimo, organizacijsko kulturo in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu.

Title:The impact of organizational culture and climate on employee job satisfaction
Abstract:In the diploma thesis, we discussed organizational climate, organizational culture, and job satisfaction of employees. In the first, theoretical part of the paper, we engaged in defining the concepts of organizational culture, organizational climate, and job satisfaction of employees. Each concept was presented separately, analyzed, and quoted definitions from various authors, as well as their determination of factors affecting each of the individual concepts. In the end, we analyzed the theoretical aspects of the connections between the aforementioned three concepts from different authors' points of view. In the second part of the thesis, the practical part, we wanted to explore the connection of the concepts of organizational culture, organizational climate, and job satisfaction of employees in a concrete example, in company X. The current state in company X was investigated using a survey questionnaire, which was filled out by all employees in the company at that time. In conclusion, analyzing both theoretical starting points and the results obtained in the practical part of the thesis, we identified a strong influence of organizational culture and organizational climate on job satisfaction of employees. Based on this, we conclude that thorough engagement in improving organizational culture and organizational climate can have a strong impact on job satisfaction of employees and consequently on their individual successes and the successes of the entire organization.
