Abstract:	Zaključno delo obravnava problematiko pomanjkanja strokovnega in igralskega kadra v Nogometnem klubu Izola. Namen izdelave zaključnega dela s to problematiko je bil raziskati zakaj prihaja do pomanjkanja kadrov (tako strokovnega kot igralskega) in kako se lotiti reševanja tega problema. V nalogi so predstavljene teoretične osnove o nogometu, kadru, nogometnemu klubu ter igralcih. Za raziskovanje smo uporabili metodo anketiranja. Anketa je bila razdeljena med delavce v Nogometnem klubu Izola (predsednik, trenerji, upravni odbor...). V anketi je sodelovalo 11 strokovnih delavcev, ki so odgovarjali na 10 različnih vprašanj glede pomanjkanja kadra. Glavne ugotovitve so, da je večina delavcev mnenja, da strokovnega kadra v NK Izola primanjkuje, medtem ko so bili glede igralskega kadra rezultati bolj izenačen, kar pomeni, da je ta problematika manjša, kot se je sprva pričakovalo. Poleg tega smo raziskovali tudi rešitve in prišli do odgovora, da je potrebno povečati finančne prelive kluba, kar bi posledično prineslo nova delavno mesta za strokovne delavce. Igralski kader pa bi se lahko še povečal z izboljšanjem pogojev za tekme ter promoviranjem kluba v ožjem in širšem okolju.

Title:	Staff shortage at Izola football club
Abstract:	The final thesis deals with the problem of the lack of professional staff and football players in the Football Club Izola. The aim of the thesis was to investigate the reasons behind the shortage of professional staff as well as football players and to find ways how to tackle this problem. The theoretical background of football, personnel, football club, and players was presented. A survey method was used for the research. The survey was distributed among the employees of the Football Club Izola (President, coaches, board of directors, etc.). The survey was carried out among 11 professionals, who answered 10 different questions related to the topic of the lack of staff. The main findings are that most employees think that there is a shortage of professional staff in FC Izola, while the result was more even in relation to the playing staff, which means that the problem is smaller than initially expected. In addition, we have been exploring solutions to this problem and have discovered that the answer to this issue is an increase of the club's funds, which would lead to more positions for professional staff. The number of football players could be further increased by improving the conditions for matches and by the club's promotion in its own and wider environment.
