Abstract:	V diplomskem delu so obravnavane kompetence na področju logistike 4.0. S pomočjo analize objavljenih zaposlitvenih oglasov prostih delovnih mest v Sloveniji v obdobju od januarja 2020 do konca junija 2020 je bila narejena raziskava o tem, katere kompetence so zahtevane v logistiki in oskrbovalnih verigah in če so to kompetence, ki so značilne za logistiko 4.0. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo podrobno raziskali kompetence, definicije kompetenc, delitev kompetenc in opredelili kompetence v logistiki. Poudarek je predvsem na kompetencah v logistiki 4.0. V empiričnem delu smo proučili in analizirali zaposlitvene oglase, raziskali, katere kompetence potrebuje zaposleni v Sloveniji oz. katere kompetence zahtevajo delodajalci na delovnih mestih s področja logistike in oskrbovalnih verig. Kompetence smo po vzoru Grodek-Szostaka, Ochoa Siguencia, Szelag-Sikora in Marzana (2020) razdelili v tri skupine; tehnične, metodološke in socialne kompetence. Rezultati kažejo, da so najbolj iskane socialne kompetence, sledijo jim metodološke, najmanj zahtev pa je po tehničnih kompetencah. Med socialnimi kompetencami prevladuje potreba po znanju tujega jezika. Znotraj skupine metodoloških kompetenc so najpogosteje iskane administracijske veščine. Najbolj iskana kompetenca v skupini tehničnih kompetenc pa je osnovno znanje računalništva. Pet najpomembnejših in najpogosteje zahtevanih kompetenc v Sloveniji predstavljajo znanje tujega jezika, komunikacijske veščine, osnovno znanje računalništva, timsko delo in administracijske veščine. Nekaterih pomembnih kompetence s področja logistike 4.0, kot so na primer znanje na področju avtomatizacije procesov in robotizacije, znanje naprednih informacijskih tehnologij, programiranje itd., delodajalci v Sloveniji še ne zahtevajo, čeprav so ključne za razvoj logistike v sklopu industrije 4.0.

Title:	Competencies in the logistics 4.0
Abstract:	In the diploma thesis, we discuss competencies in the field of logistics 4.0. We made analyze of published job advertisements in Slovenia, in the period from January 2020 to the end of June 2020. We were interested in which competencies are required in logistics sector and supply chains and which competencies are characteristic of logistics 4.0. The thesis is comprised of a theoretical and an empirical part. For the theoretical part, we examine the role of competencies, presented some definitions and divisions of competencies and defined competencies in logistics. The focus is on logistics 4.0. In the empirical part, we analyzed job advertisements, researched which competencies employees in Slovenia need and which competencies are required by employers in jobs in the field of logistics and supply chain. We classify them into three groups, according to the model of Grodek-Szostak, Ochoa Siguencia, Szelag Sikora & Marzano (2020) technical, methodological, and social competencies. The results show that social competencies most often appear in job advertisements. Less often than social appears methodological competencies. The least competencies required of the employer are technical competencies. The most frequently required social competence are language skills. Within the group of methodological competencies, administration competencies are most frequently required. The most sought-after competency in the group of technical competencies are basics computer skills. The five most important and most frequently required competencies in Slovenia are language skills, communication skills, basics computing knowledge, ability to work in a team and administrative skills. Some important key competencies in the field of logistics 4.0 are knowledge in the field of process automation and robotics, information technologies, programing etc. These advanced competencies that are new and important for industry 4.0 and the logistics sector are currently not yet relevant in Slovenian companies, so they are not in job advertisements and are not yet required.
