Title:The impact of organizational behavior on nurses in nursing care
Abstract:Organisational behaviour plays a key role in shaping the working environment in healthcare settings, especially for nurses. This literature review examines the complex relationship between organisational behaviour and nurses and reveals the topics and insights that are the foundation of this dynamic interaction. The review was conducted by analysing and synthesising the scientific literature. The descriptive method and the method of compilation of scientific and professional literature were used. The literature was searched in the databases Science Direct, PubMed, SAGE, CINAHL and COBISS. Thematic analysis was used. Out of 318 results, seven articles were included in the final analysis. In our study, a thematic analysis was used to identify a main theme "The impact of organisational behaviour on nurses in nursing" and two sub-themes " Focussing on organisational behaviour" and "Indicators of well being within an organisation". Identifying and addressing the impact of organisational behaviour on nurses is not only a moral imperative but also a strategic need for healthcare organisations. This research serves as a call to action and urges healthcare organisations to take proactive steps to create a more supportive and patient-centred healthcare system.
Keywords:Organizational behavior, nurse, health care.
