Title:	Enteralna prehrana v domači oskrbi

Abstract:	Uvod: Področje enteralne prehrane v domači oskrbi se vse bolj uveljavlja kot nujna komponenta v zdravstveni oskrbi. Je način hranjenja, pri katerem je formula enteralne hrane bolniku preko cevke aplicirana v prebavni trakt in se izvaja na bolnikovem domu. Namen zaključnega dela je bilo raziskati uporabo enteralne prehrane na domu, kakovost življenja bolnikov s takim načinom hranjenja in težave s katerimi se srečujejo. Metode: Izvedli smo pregled literature v podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CINAHL in ScienceDirect. S PRISMA diagramom smo prikazali potek pregleda literature, z orodjem Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT) smo izvedli kritično oceno dokazov. Rezultati: V končno analizo je bilo vključenih sedem člankov. Ugotovili smo, da se z multidisciplinarnim pristopom, izobraževanjem bolnikov in izvajalcev nege na domu ter z učinkovito komunikacijo lahko zmanjša tveganje za zaplete pri takem načinu hranjenja, zagotovi se boljša kakovost bolnikovega življenja in nižji stroški zdravstvene oskrbe. Diskusija in zaključek: Raziskava je pokazala, da uporaba enteralne prehrane na domu ugodno vpliva na bolnikovo zdravstveno stanje in kakovost življenja. Z različnimi multidisciplinarnimi timi in izobraževanji bi se lažje spopadali s težavami, s katerimi se srečujejo bolniki v domačem okolju. Izbrano področje je premalo raziskano. V prihodnje bi bilo treba narediti več raziskav o kakovosti življenja bolnika z enteralno prehrano v domačem okolju, se seznaniti s težavami s katerimi se srečujejo, s čimer bi pridobili več statističnih podatkov.

Title:	Enteral nutrition in home care
Abstract:	Introduction: The field of enteral nutrition in home care is increasingly gaining ground as a necessary component in health care. Enteral nutrition in the home environment refers to the insertion of nutritional formula directly into the digestive tract. The purpose of masters thesis was to research the use of enteral nutrition at home, the life quality of patients that receive it and recognizing the problems they encounter while being put an enteral diet. Methods: A systematic review of evidence in various databases (PubMed, CHINAL and Science Direct) was conducted. The PRISMA diagram was used to show the literature reviewing process. Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT) was used for critical evaluation of the evidence. Results: Seven articles were included in the final analysis (all of them had to meet our specific search criteria). Our research shows that with the help of multidisciplinary approaches, empowered and cooperative patients, educated home health care providers and efficient communication, complications that might lead to serious problems can be eliminated. As a result, the quality of patient's everyday life increases, while the costs of enteral diets can be significantly lowered. Discussion and conclusion: The research showed that the use of enteral nutrition has a beneficial effect on the patient. A helping hand of various properly educated and skilled multidisciplinary teams coupled with their professionalism would make it easier for the patient to cope and deal with the problems they encounter in their home environment. Furthermore, it was concluded that the chosen field is vastly under-researched. In the future, establishment of patient registers is necessary, which would help more researchers conduct their studies and by extension allow the general public as well as health care professionals to read and learn about the problems and quality of every day for patients that are on an enteral diet/nutrition plan.
