Abstract:
Ergonomija predstavlja pomemben del našega življenja. Dobra ergonomska ureditev omogoča dobro delovno izkušnjo in zmanjšuje negative vplive delovnega okolja na človekovo zdravje. Možnost prilagoditve delovnega mesta pripomore k uspešnosti in učinkovitosti na delovnem mestu. Zaključno delo v teoretičnem delu izpostavi različne poglede na ergonomijo in predstavi metode za ergonomsko analizo delovnega mesta. Osrednji del zaključnega dela obravnava ergonomsko urejenost pisarniškega delovnega mesta v Lekarni X, za analizo katerega so bila uporabljena ergonomska orodja CMDQ, ERF CHECKLIST, RULA, REBA in anketni vprašalnik. V zaključku dela so na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov in ugotovitev ergonomske analize obstoječega stanja podani predlogi za izboljšanje ergonomske ureditve izbranega delovnega mesta.

Title:
Analysis of the suitability of ergonomic aspects in office operations
Abstract:
Ergonomics is an important part of our lives. Good ergonomic arrangement enables a good working experience and reduces the negative effects of the working environment on human health. The possibility of adjusting the workplace contributes to success and efficiency in the workplace. In the theoretical part, the concluding work highlights different views on ergonomics and presents methods for ergonomic analysis of the workplace. The central part of the final part deals with the ergonomic arrangement of the office workplace in Pharmacy X, for the analysis of which the ergonomic tools CMDQ, ERF CHECKLIST, RULA, REBA, and a survey questionnaire were used. At the end of the work, based on the results obtained and the findings of the ergonomic analysis of the existing situation, suggestions are made for improving the ergonomic arrangement of the selected workplace.
