Meritve so bile opravljene v Športnem društvu Studenci Maribor.

Title:Exercise program to improve movement skills of girls in artistics gymnastics
Abstract:In my dissertation, I wanted to use appropriate tests to check how many girls who train gymnastics at the Sports Club Studenci progress in the development of motor skills in the period after the first closure of the country. The study involved 27 girls competing in four age categories: younger girls, older girls, cadets and juniors. The girls performed the exercise program for three months, two to three times a week, for 20 minutes as part of the general warm-up. The exercise program changed each month according to the progress of each group of girls. Measurements were performed four times. For the first time immediately after returning to the gym, and then after each month of exercise. The measurements were performed at the Sport Club Studenci Maribor. The following parameters were monitored: running 20 meters, long jump from a place, weight in the push-ups, lifting the legs on the bar, mobility in the hip joint, overcoming the polygon back. The aim was to determine whether progress will be seen from the first to the fourth test, to determine in which age group the progress will be greatest, and to determine in which movement skills the girls will progress the most. Measurements showed progress in almost all tests in most competitors. The dissertation is divided into a theoretical part, which includes the theory of gymnastics and its history, and the empirical part presents measurements of movement skills and confirmed or refuted hypotheses.
