Abstract:Virtualni ogledi, digitalne replike resničnih lokacij, ki so dostopne kjer koli z internetno povezavo, vključujejo 360-stopinjske panoramske fotografije in interaktivne elemente, kot so videoposnetki, zvočna pripoved in besedilni opisi.

Title:360° virtual tours in tourism
Abstract:Virtual tours, digital replicas of real locations accessible anywhere with an internet connection, feature 360-degree panoramic photos and interactive elements like videos, audio narration, and text descriptions. Their significance surged during the COVID-19 pandemic, addressing travel constraints due to health concerns and restrictions. These tours double as potent marketing tools for companies, offering a platform to showcase products, services, or facilities to potential customers. The thesis aimed to scrutinize the efficacy of virtual tours versus other media formats in promoting visits to Brežice Castle. The study deployed an experiment and a quantitative survey questionnaire to gauge the impact of various presentation modes on individuals' attitudes and intentions to visit the castle. By comparing virtual tours with alternative media formats, the research sought to determine their relative effectiveness in promoting tourism to Brežice Castle.
