Abstract:Diplomsko delo raziskuje razvoj in upravljanje mobilne aplikacije za mikroučenje z inovativnimi pristopi in učinkovitimi metodologijami.

Title:Innovating and managing a microlearning mobile application development project
Abstract:The thesis explores the development and management of a mobile application for microlearning using innovative approaches and effective methodologies. The purpose of this work is to investigate optimal methods for leading projects of this nature. The area of interest for this study is mobile application development, particularly in the context of microlearning solutions. The increasing demand for accessible and personalized learning experiences has led to a rise in microlearning applications. However, effectively managing such projects remains a challenge as they require rapid iterations, close collaboration, and constant adaptation to user needs. To address these challenges, the research methodology adopted in this thesis is a design sprint. Design sprints are a structured and time-constrained process that encourages cross-functional collaboration, ideation, and prototyping. For the initial development of the application, it is necessary to determine whether the application will face strong competition in the market, requiring a market analysis and SWOT analysis. The main results of this work indicate that the Scrum framework is the most suitable methodology for leading the development of a mobile application for microlearning. Scrum's iterative and incremental approach, along with its emphasis on regular feedback and adaptability, has proven highly effective in managing the complexity and rapid changes that occur during mobile application development.
