Abstract:	Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na izbiro ustreznega projektnega orodja za projekte podjetja Venturia d. o. o., s področja odpraševanja in industrijske filtracije zraka. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo izvedli analizo in študijo domače ter tuje literature ter opisali različne metodologije vodenja projektov. Našteli smo najbolj pogoste funkcije in lastnosti aktualnih projektnih orodij. Za izbran, že zaključen projekt smo izdelali posnetek stanja. Zanj smo izoblikovali strukturirano členitev dela, gantogram in mrežni plan. Z njihovo pomočjo smo projekt razdelili na najmanjše enote, kar nam omogoča boljše razumevanje in lažje pripravljanje kalkulacij za projekte v prihodnosti. V aplikativnem delu naloge smo najprej izoblikovali deset kriterijev za izbiro orodja za vodenje projektov. Nato smo z metodo komparacije primerjali različna orodja, ki nam jih ponuja trg. Med primerjanimi orodji smo izbrali orodje Monday.com, ki velja za najustreznejše glede na postavljene kriterije. Menimo, da je izbira projektnega orodja ključna za izboljšanje uspešnosti v zaključevanju projektov znotraj predvidenega proračuna, v okviru dogovorjenih rokov in z uspešnim izpolnjevanjem projektnih ciljev.

Title:	Organization of project work at Venturia d. o. o.
Abstract:	Thesis focuses on the selection of the appropriate project tool for the projects of the company Venturia d. o. o., in the field of dedusting and industrial air filtration. In the theoretical part of thesis, we performed an analysis and study of domestic and foreign literature and described various project management methodologies. We have listed the most common functions and features of current project tools on market. We have created a snapshot of the status for the selected already completed project. For which we created a structured breakdown of work, Gantt chart and a network plan. With their help, we divided the project into the smallest units, which allows us to better understand and prepare calculations for future projects more easily. In the application part of thesis, we first created ten criteria for choosing a project management tool. We then used the comparison method to compare the various tools offered by the market. Among the compared tools, we chose Monday.com, which is considered the most appropriate according to the set criteria. We believe that the choice of project tool is the key to improving performance in completing projects within the estimated budget, within the agreed deadlines and with the successful fulfillment of project goals.
