Podjetnikov kapital in poslovna priložnost sta ključna dejavnika rasti podjetja, saj omogočata ustvarjanje in izkoriščanje novih poslovnih potencialov.

Title:Entrepreneurial capital and business opportunities as key factors in company growth
Abstract:The combination of business opportunities and entrepreneurial capital allows a company to adapt and thrive in a changing market, while helping them avoid the pitfalls of unexpected business challenges. Entrepreneurial capital and business opportunities are key factors in a company's growth, enabling it to create and exploit new business potential. Entrepreneurs' capital is key to the initial financing of a business and to providing the means for further growth and existence on the market. In addition, business opportunities represent potential niche markets or innovative ideas that can lead to faster business expansion. Together, they form an important tool that enables a company to create a competitive advantage and achieve its desired growth objectives. By focusing on theoretical concepts and empirical studies, the thesis is analysing how entrepreneurs identify, exploit and demonstrate their capital to the benefit of the firm's growth, and what impact business opportunities have on the entrepreneur's capital and vice versa. Based on a comprehensive analysis, the thesis has a huge contribution to a better understanding of the link between business opportunities, entrepreneurial capital, and offer guidelines for successfully exploiting these factors as drivers of sustainable firm growth.
