Abstract:V diplomskem delu želimo raziskati samoučinkovitost izrednih študentov predšolske vzgoje na gibalnem področju, in sicer samoučinkovitost glede na letnik študija, delovno dobo in starost študenta.

Title:Self-Efficacy analysis of part-time preschool students in the field of physical activity
Abstract:In this thesis we aim to research the self-efficacy of part-time students studying pre-school education in their physical field. Namely, self-efficacy in correlation to the year of study, years of work experiences and age of the student. The thesis consists of two parts; a theoretical one and a practical part. In the theoretical part, we have thought about self-efficacy and the physical filed in the kindergarten. We collected data using quantitative techniques. We used the rating scale for self-efficacy of teachers - according to Bandura, 2006 and adapted it for preschool educators at the physical field. Ninety students of early childhood education, part-time programme, participated in the study. Based on the results obtained, we found that the self-efficacy level of third year students is higher than that of first year students. We predicted that students with more years of experience would be more self-efficient. However; we found that this was only true for the aspect of involvement of the external company in the motor domain. However, for all other aspects of self-efficacy that we analysed, students with more seniority and students with less seniority turned out to be similarly self-efficient and no significant differences were observed. We also predicted in a hypothesis that older students have higher levels of self-efficacy than younger students. We found no statistically significant differences in any of the six aspects of self-efficacy.
