Title:Razvoj rešitve za upravljanje s človeškimi viri v projektnem managementu

Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo predstavili razvoj rešitve za upravljanje s človeškimi viri v projektnem managementu v velikem podjetju Iskraemeco, d. d., kjer do zdaj niso imeli urejenega pregleda nad človeškimi viri. Z razvojem rešitve smo želeli izboljšati preglednost nad človeškimi viri, hkrati pa združiti vse različne informacije na eno mesto. V prvem delu magistrskega dela so podane teoretične osnove o projektnem vodenju, življenjskem ciklu produkta, sami aplikaciji Aras Innovator, znotraj katere je razvita rešitev. Sledi predstavitev okolja, kjer je opisana struktura podjetja, njihove vrednote in cilji. V naslednjem delu magistrskega dela pa sledi opis razvoja in implementacije rešitve, ki smo jo razvili s pomočjo programske rešitve Aras Innovator, Microsoft Visual Studio ter programskih jezikov SQL, C#, HTML in JavaScript. Na koncu magistrskega dela pa so podani še predlogi, s katerimi bi lahko še izboljšali rešitev in jo nadaljnje razvijali.

Title:Development of human resource management solution for project management
Abstract:In the master's thesis, we presented the development of a solution for managing human resources in project management in the large company Iskraemeco, d. d. in which until now they have not had an organized overlook of human resources. By developing the solution, we wanted to improve transparency over human resources, while at the same time combining all the different information in one place. In the theoretical part of the master's thesis, we have given the theoretical basics of project management, the product life cycle, and the Aras Innovator application itself, within which the solution is developed. This is followed by a presentation of the environment, where the structure of the company, its values and goals are described. In the next part of the master's thesis, there is a description of the development and implementation of the solution, which was developed with the help of the software solution Aras Innovator, Microsoft Visual Studio and the programming languages SQL, C#, HTML and JavaScript. At the end of the master’s work, suggestions are given that could improve the solution and develop it further.
