Title:	Glasbena terapija pri otrocih z motnjo avtističnega spektra

Abstract:	Motnja avtističnega spektra je izraz, ki se uporablja za opis skupine zgodnjih primanjkljajev v socialni komunikaciji in ponavljajočega se senzorično-motoričnega vedenja. Glasbena terapija uporablja glasbene izkušnje in odnose, da bi omogočila lažjo komunikacijo in izražanje ter poskuša odpraviti temeljne težave oseb z avtističnimi motnjami. Namen zaključnega dela je na podlagi pregleda literature raziskati, kako glasbena terapija vpliva na otroke z motnjo avtističnega spektra. V zaključnem delu smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela. Pri iskanju literature smo uporabili naslednje tuje podatkovne baze: PubMed, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Cochrane Library, ScienceDirect in dodatno Google Učenjak. S pomočjo PRISMA diagrama smo predstavili potek iskanja literature. Vse članke smo prikazali s pomočjo evalvacijske tabele ter naredili sintezo vseh vključenih raziskav. V končno analizo smo vključili 8 raziskav, na podlagi katerih smo ugotovili, da ima glasbena terapija učinek na socialno-čustveno vzajemnost ter verbalne in neverbalne komunikacijske spretnosti pri otrocih z motnjami avtističnega spektra. Od vseh vključenih raziskav štiri raziskave spadajo v prvi nivo moči dokazov, ena raziskava v drugi nivo, ena spada v peti nivo, v šesti nivo moči dokazov pa spada en članek. Glasbena terapija je opredeljena kot klinična in z dokazi podprta uporaba glasbenih intervencij za doseganje individualiziranih ciljev. Glasbene intervencije pozitivno vplivajo na socialne veščine, vključno s povečanjem sodelovanja, z izboljšanjem socialne povezanosti in s povečanjem čustvene vključenosti. Kljub pozitivnemu učinku glasbene terapije je potrebnih več raziskav o dolgoročnih učinkih.

Title:	Music therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder
Abstract:	Autism Spectrum Disorder is a term used to describe a group of early deficits in social communication and repetitive sensorimotor behaviours. Music therapy uses musical experiences and attitudes to facilitate communication and expression and seeks to address the underlying difficulties of people with ASD. The aim of this thesis is to explore how music therapy affects children with autistic spectrum disorder, based on a review of the literature. In the final part, we used the descriptive method. PubMed, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Cochrane Library, ScienceDirect and additionally Google Schoolar were used to search the literature. The PRISMA diagram was used to present the literature search process. In the final section, we included all articles that met our constraints. All the articles were presented using an evaluation table and a synthesis of all the research included. In the final analysis, we included 8 studies that found that music therapy has an effect on socio-emotional reciprocity and verbal and non-verbal communication skills in children with autism spectrum disorders. Of all the included studies, four studies belong to the first level of strength of evidence, one study belongs to the second level, one belongs to the fifth level and one article belongs to the sixth level of strength of evidence. Music therapy is defined as the clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions to achieve individualised goals. Music interventions have a positive impact on social skills, including increasing cooperation, improving social connectedness and increasing emotional involvement. Despite the positive impact of music therapy, more research is needed on the long-term effects.
