Abstract:Diplomska naloga zajema predelavo obstoječe robotske celice pri kateri smo po željah naročnika izvedli projekt poliranja novih izdelkov v avtomobilski industriji. Izvedli smo snovanje, razvoj in konstruiranje robotske celice s prijemali, montažo komponent, programiranje in zagon.

Title:Conversion of robotic cell for product polishing in the automotive industry
Abstract:The thesis encompasses the refurbishment of an existing robotic cell, in which we carried out a project for polishing new products in the automotive industry according to the client's specifications. We conducted the design, development, and construction of the robotic cell with grippers, assembly of components, programming, and commissioning. A special emphasis of the task was on gripper assembly. The purpose of the refurbishment was to create a cell that achieves adequate repeatability and high-quality polished parts. After commissioning, we made minor modifications and provided suggestions for improvements.
