Uporabili smo deskriptivno oz. opisno metodo dela. Znanstveno literaturo smo iskali v tujih podatkovnih bazah: CINAHL, PubMed, ScienceDirect in Cochrane Library.

Title:Prevention of pressure-induced tissue injury during surgery
Abstract:Introduction: Tissue damage due to pressure can be a common complication in perioperative care. It is essential to place the patient in the appropriate position before the start of surgery, using self-preventive devices. The aim of this thesis is to investigate ways of preventing tissue damage due to pressure during surgery. Methods: We have reviewed, analysed and synthesised the scientific literature on the prevention of pressure-induced tissue damage during surgery. We used a descriptive or descriptive method of work. The scientific literature was searched in CINAHL, PubMed, ScienceDirect and Cochrane Library. Results: We included 10 studies in the final analysis. We found that devices can successfully prevent or reduce the number of pressure-related tissue injuries during surgery. This also helps to increase staff satisfaction and reduce costs. Discussion and conclusion: In reviewing the literature, we believe that the prevention of tissue damage due to pressure in the operating theatre is mainly focused on the use of various devices. There is a need for more research based on the presentation of different positions for the prevention of pressure tissue injury in the operating theatre.
