Potek iskanja smo prikazali s PRISMA diagramom. Sintezo zbranih podatkov smo prikazali s pomočjo sintezne tabele.

Title:eHealth and adolescent social anxiety
Abstract:Introduction: Many young individuals suffering from social anxiety face barriers to treatment and are reluctant to seek professional help. Technology-assisted therapies provide additional therapeutic options and can help overcome the limitations of traditional social anxiety treatments. This thesis aims to identify eHealth's impact on alleviating social anxiety symptoms in adolescents based on a literature review. Methods: A literature search in English was conducted on the Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library and CINAHL Ultimate databases. The literature was reviewed and analysed to determine the selected articles' evidence levels. The search process was illustrated with a PRISMA diagram. The synthesis of the collected data was presented using a synthesis table. Results: 6 studies were included in the final analysis, of which one was level 3 and five were level 2. We found that eHealth interventions, especially Internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (ICBT), offer a promising avenue for alleviating social anxiety symptoms in adolescents. Discussion and conclusion: eHealth is a promising approach for providing evidence-based treatment and prevention of social anxiety in adolescents due to its accessibility, scalability, personalisation, interactivity and cost-effectiveness potential. However, more research is needed to determine the effectiveness of different types of digital interventions and their long-term effects.
