Abstract:V diplomskem delu je opisan postopek konstruiranja merilne priprave od zasnove do končnega produkta. Priprava je izdelana s pomočjo 3D tiskanja naležne površine. Predstavljeni bodo zahtevnik, kako se ga upošteva, standardi, umerjanje, ter končni MSA1 in MSA2. Podani so tudi predlogi za nadaljnje delo.

Title:Design and manufacturing a measuring device for controlling the stability of the process in the injection molding of plastic components
Abstract:In this thesis, the construction process of a measurement fixture from its design inception to the final product is detailed. The fixture is fabricated using 3D printing for its contact surface. The document will outline the requirement specification and its adherence, discuss relevant standards, and explain the calibration processes along with the results from Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA1 and MSA2). Recommendations for future work are also included.
Keywords:Measurment device, injection of plastic, 3D printing, MSA
