Članki so bili iskani v podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science in Cochrane Library ter iskalniku Google Scholar, s pomočjo iskalne strategije, ob upoštevanju vključitvenih in izključitvenih kriterijev.

Title:The importance of excersisein regulating blood pressure in adolescents with arterial hypertension
Abstract:Hypertension, or high blood pressure, represents an important public health challenge that can also occur among adolescents. Research shows that physical inactivity and a sedentary lifestyle are on the rise among adolescents, further increasing the risk of developing hypertension in this population. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to investigate the importance of exercise for regulating blood pressure in adolescents with hypertension. Methods: A literature review was conducted using a descriptive method and analysis, compilation, and synthesis. Articles were searched in the PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, and also Google Scholar search engine, employing a search strategy while considering inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Nine articles were included in the final analysis. Physical activity emerges as a crucial method in regulating blood pressure in adolescents with arterial hypertension. It also represents a successful method in managing body weight, which directly influences the health and blood pressure values of adolescents. Discussion and conclusion: Due to the continuous increase in the number of adolescents with hypertension, it is crucial that the general population is educated about arterial hypertension, risk factors and non-pharmacological methods of treatment such as exercise.
