Abstract:
Magistrsko delo preučuje dostop do podatkov javnega in osebnega značaja na spletu v portalih GIS. V ta namen smo preučili zakonodajo Uredbe Evropske unije o varstvu osebnih podatkov, avtentikacijo in avtorizacijo. Zasnovali smo procesno shemo migracije uporabnikov iz obstoječega sistema v nov sistem ter podrobneje preučili standarde avtentikacije. Na podlagi tega smo konfigurirali Keycloak. V obstoječi portal GIS smo implementirali enotno prijavo in omogočili opcijsko dvostopenjsko avtentikacijo.

Title:
Upgrading the login system and implementing a unified account for accesing personal and public spatial data
Abstract:
This master thesis examines access to public and personal data on the web in GIS portals. For this purpose, we reviewed the legislation of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation, authentication, and authorization. We have designed a process flowchart for migrating users from the existing system to the new system and examined authentication standards in more detail. Based on this, we configured Keycloak. We implemented single sign-on in the existing GIS portal and enabled optional two-factor authentication.
