Uporabili smo kvantitativno in kvalitativno metodo pedagoškega raziskovanja.

Title:Analysis of practical training in dance education didactics
Abstract:The research aimed to analyze how practical training in kindergarten is performed, particularly in the field of dance activities in preschool education. The purpose of the research was to evaluate practical training in the field of dance education for students attending second year of preschool education programmes. In the diploma thesis, we used a non-random sample from a specific population, consisting of 45 full-time students attending the second year of the Faculty of Education at the University of Maribor in the 2022/2023 academic year. The second sample of data consisted of 45 integrated experience journals and 45 activities used in the dance education didactics study experience. Both quantitative and qualitative methods of pedagogical research were applied. More notable research findings suggest that the students mostly chose the area of nature and society when selecting dance activity topics. The children responded mostly positively to the activities and did not require much encouragement. The students perceived the experience positively and maintained a good relationship with their mentors. The main source of music used in the activities was classical music, mostly found in various online sources. The research suggests that practical experience in kindergartens provides the students with important experience and competences when carrying out the activities in the preschool period. A positive attitude between the students and the mentors was also noticeable, as was a positive response of preschoolers during the activities, suggesting that dance education has an important role in preschool education.
