Abstract:Energetska sanacija hiše je postopek, ki zajema različne ukrepe, ki vodijo k zmanjšanju porabe energije in izboljšanju energetske učinkovitosti hiše.

Title:Energy renovation of a residential house in Bajina Bašta
Abstract:Energy renovation of a house is a process that includes various measures that lead to a reduction in energy consumption and an improvement in the energy efficiency of the house. The main goals of energy renovation are to reduce energy consumption and thereby lower energy costs, improving living comfort and reduce the impact on the environment. The house in question is presented in the thesis. By using the KI Energy 2023 software tool, we reached key results that enabled us to plan measures to improve the energy efficiency of the house. The measures we proposed are: replacing windows and doors with more energy-efficient alternatives, which reduces heat loss and improves sealed house, thermal insulation of the house, which reduces heat losses and prevents thermal bridges, which significantly helps to reduce energy consumption for heating, installation of an efficient ventilation system with heat recovery for efficient ventilation without major heat losses and improved indoor air quality, and the use of renewable energy sources such as solar energy for heating sanitary water with the help of solar panels and the use of a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity, which significantly reduces the carbon footprint of the house. Finally, we made an economic analysis of the house, which included a cost analysis, savings and payback periods for the proposed measures.
