Abstract:V magistrskem delu je opisana zasnova, izdelava in izvedba električnega načrta robotske celice.

Title:Design, development and implementation of an electrical plan for a robot cell
Abstract:In this master’s thesis, we describe and explain the process of designing, developing and implementing an electrical plan for a robot cell. We worked with the company Roboteh d.o.o., which specializes in the automation and robotization of production processes. Before designing the electrical plan, the intended operation of the robotic cell and the use of the EPLAN software environment were studied. EPLAN is the software environment in which the electrical plan was drawn. The design of the plan involved collaboration with the construction department and the programming department. The construction department provided the proposed layout of the robotic cell. The programming department provided a list of the proposed digital inputs and outputs. Additionally, the design took into account the requirements and wishes of the client for the robotic cell. After reviewing the submitted documentation and requirements, the proposed layout of the electrical plan was designed. The design considered the expected number of motors, sub-cabinets, electrical power supply, power supply of other devices, and the number of safety and standard digital inputs and outputs. Pages dedicated to the wiring of doors, safety devices, input and output units, and the operation panel were also planned. After designing the plan, the exact electrical components were determined and appropriately connected. The method of labeling and the color coding of cables used by Roboteh d.o.o. was followed when planning the component wiring.
