Abstract:	Analiza kakovosti je ena izmed najbolj pomembnih orodij v podjetju. Sedaj je veliko organizacij že optimiziranih z novo tehnologijo in ni potrebne toliko fizične delovne sile, ampak je treba imeti ljudi, ki preverjajo, če vse poteka po načrtih. Veliko ljudi kakovost ocenjuje samo glede na izdelek, vendar analiza kakovosti poteka v celotnem podjetju. Namen diplomskega dela je prikazati kakovost podjetja na praktičnem primeru, da bi bralci razumeli namen in pomembnost kakovosti v podjetju. Vsebina diplomskega dela je razdeljena na teoretični in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali kakovost in kako izboljšuje podjetja. Naredili smo tudi primerjavo med slabo in dobro kakovostjo ter zakaj pride do slabe kakovosti. V drugem delu, ki se je navezoval na raziskavo, smo postavili vprašanja, ki se navezujejo na kakovost v podjetju Iskra ISD d. o. o., in tako tudi na praktičnem primeru predstavili pomen kakovosti. Rezultati raziskave so identificirali ključne procese v podjetju Iskra ISD d. o. o., ki vplivajo na kakovost izdelkov. Na podlagi ugotovitev bodo predstavljeni predlogi za izboljšave v procesih kakovosti, vključno z morebitnimi spremembami v upravljanju, nadzoru kakovosti in uvajanju novih tehnologij. Dane ugotovitve bodo prispevale k analizi učinkovitosti obstoječih sistemov managementa kakovosti in preverjanju skladnosti s standardi, kot je ISO 9001, ter ocenjevale njihov vpliv na izboljšanje procesov.

Title:	Analysis of the aspects of quality management in the company Iskra ISD d. o. o.
Abstract:	Quality analysis is one of the most important tools in a company. Many organizations are already optimized with new technology and there is not so much need for physical labor, but it is necessary to have people who check if everything is going according to plan. Many people look at quality only in terms of the product, but quality analysis is present throughout the company. The purpose of this work is to show the quality of the company based on a partical example. This who will read this diploma can see the purpose and benefit of quality in the company. The content of the assigment is divided into a theoretical part and a research part. In the theoretical part, we described what quality is and how it improves companies. We also made a comparison between bad and good quality and why bad quality occurs. In the second part, which was related to the research, we asked questions related to quality in the company Iskra ISD d. o. o. and we also found importance of quality from a practical example. The results of the research will identify the key processes in the company Iskra ISD d. o. o., which affect the quality of the products. Based on the findings proposals for improvements in quality processes will be presented, including possible changes in management, quality control and the introduction of new tehnologies. The given findings will contribute to the analysis of the effectiveness of the existing quality management systems, the verification of compliance with standards such as ISO 9001 and the evaluation of their impact on process improvement.
