Abstract:V tej diplomski nalogi smo analizirali litij-železovo fosfatno oz. LiFePO4 baterijo.

Title:Analysis of released electrons in chemical reactions of the LiFePO4 battery at the prescribed current
Abstract:In this thesis, the lithium iron phosphate battery or LiFePO4 has been analyzed. Since many things and terminology get mixed up in the field of batteries and their chemistry, I decided to do something original in connection with this type of battery. First, there was a detailed presentation about batteries and their properties and chemistry. Then the main and central part of the research came, which was based on the question of how many electrons are released per 1cm2 in 1s in 1 cell in the battery itself and what is the charging current and charging time. There are two methods presented for calculation of released electrons and in the end there is a comparison of results between these two methods. A comparison has been also made whether the capacitance [Ah] decreases or ultimately affects the number of electrons released on 1cm2 in 1 second, provided that the same battery voltage, the same area of a single cell and the same current are left. The research has been solved analytically and transparently in the MATLAB software package, where graphs have been simulated.
