Abstract:
V diplomskem delu predstavljamo izdelavo spletne aplikacije za upravljanje strank v Kozmetičnem studiu Bjuti Michel, d. o. o. V okviru diplomskega dela smo analizirali obstoječi način dela v kozmetičnem studiu ter pripravili logični in fizični podatkovni model. Za pripravo modelov smo uporabili orodje Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler. Spletno aplikacijo smo razvili z orodjem za malokodno programiranje Oracle APEX. Razvita spletna aplikacija omogoča varen način prijave strank in deluje na osnovi avtorizacijske sheme. Prav tako zaposlenim omogoča vpoglede in spreminjanje podatkov ter urejanje urnikov dela. Preko repozitorija prevodov v Oracle APEX smo omogočili večjezičnost aplikacije, ki je na voljo v slovenskem in makedonskem jeziku. Aplikacija je zasnovana enostavno in vizualno privlačno ter strankam omogoča preprosto prijavo na termine v kozmetičnem studiu. V diplomskem delu je predstavljenih tudi nekaj idej za nadgradnjo aplikacije.

Title:
Development of a customer management web application
Abstract:
In this thesis, we present the development of a web application for customer management in the Cosmetic studio Bjuti Michel d.o.o. As part of the thesis, we analyzed the existing processes in the cosmetic studio and prepared a logical and physical data model. Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler was used to prepare the models. The web application was developed using the Oracle APEX low-code programming tool. The developed web application provides a secure method of customer login based on an authorization scheme. It also allows employees to view and modify data and edit work schedules. Through the translation repository in Oracle APEX, we have made the application multilingual, available in Slovenian and Macedonian. The application is designed to be simple and visually attractive and allows customers to easily book for appointments at the beauty studio. Some ideas for upgrading the application are also presented in the thesis.
