V kasnejšem delu smo za analizo trga uporabili primarne metode analiziranja, in sicer SWOT, PEST in MOST analize.

Title:Development and marketing of 100% natural shaving gel
Abstract:During the market review, we found out that there is no 100% natural shaving gel in Slovenia that would also be produced in Slovenia. The finding prompted us to develop a new in-house product in the company. We received additional confirmation for the start of the development of the new product through a survey conducted in November 2023. The purpose of the final part was to show the development and introduction of a new product to the market in the selected company Freshness of Nature. In the first, theoretical part, basic concepts such as product, implementation and development according to the descriptive method were presented in more detail. In the later part, we used the primary methods of analysis for market analysis, namely SWOT, PEST and MOST analysis. The data obtained from the aforementioned analyses helped us decide whether the product would succeed in the market. The product was eventually developed in the seventh (7th) attempt. This was followed by a more detailed calculation of the ingredients and packaging themselves, as well as the cost of raw materials and the time spent on the purpose of developing their own recipe – which means that the own (production) price of the product was calculated. On the basis of a certain margin or earnings (VPC and MPC price), the number of products sold was calculated to cover the incurred development costs. Finally, a marketing plan for the sale and promotion of the final product is described. The anticipated reimbursement plan is approximately within six months, or at the latest within one year of the official launch on the market.
