Abstract:V današnjem času si nakupovalnega sveta ne moremo predstavljati brez spletnih trgovin. Pros and Cons) obeh e-trgovin.

Title:Comparative analysis of online stores
Abstract:Nowadays, we cannot imagine the shopping world without online stores. They have become part of our everyday life and their accessibility has never been easier. In the diploma thesis, we will focus on the start of online stores and comparison with traditional physical stores, the method of purchase, storage and delivery of products, and we will present how online payment can be abused by hackers and fraudsters and which groups of people are most vulnerable. We will examine how a bad rating affects the choice of potential customers and make some assumptions about the future of online stores, which are introducing increasingly frequent innovations in the field of payment and delivery. In the second part of the degree, we will present the two largest online stores in the world, namely Amazon and Alibaba, and analyze their functionality and offer in more detail. At the end of the thesis, we made a comparison of these two e-stores, namely with regard to market competition, storage methods, innovations in delivery, obtaining loyalty points and new payment methods. We also compared the pros and cons of both e-stores. With the thesis, we have provided a sufficient amount of information so that each individual can assess which online store is more suitable for his consumer preferences.
