Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava etične vidike uporabe umetne inteligence v digitalnem marketingu, ki dandanes postaja nepogrešljivo orodje za avtomatizacijo marketinških procesov, personalizacijo vsebin in učinkovito ciljanje potrošnikov. Čeprav umetna inteligenca omogoča številne koristi, kot so optimizacija marketinških kampanj in izboljšanje uporabniške izkušnje, prinaša tudi številna etična vprašanja povezana s transparentnostjo algoritmov, varovanjem osebnih podatkov in pristranskostjo v obravnavi potrošnikov. V teoretičnem delu naloge so obravnavani koncepti digitalnega marketinga in umetne inteligence, njene ključne tehnologije in njihova uporaba v digitalnem marketingu.

Title:Ethical aspects of the use of artificial intelligence in digital marketing
Abstract:This master thesis examines the ethical aspects of the use of artificial intelligence in digital marketing, which is nowadays becoming an indispensable tool for automating marketing processes, personalising content and effectively targeting consumers. Although artificial intelligence offers many benefits, such as optimising marketing campaigns and improving user experience, it also raises a number of ethical issues related to the transparency of algorithms, the protection of personal data and bias in consumer treatment. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the concepts of digital marketing and artificial intelligence, its key technologies and their application in digital marketing. The empirical research shows that there is a moderate level of awareness among consumers about the use of artificial intelligence in digital marketing, while a large majority of them attach great importance to ethical business practices and the protection of personal data. It is also important for most consumers to know when artificial intelligence is influencing the content they receive. The results point to the need for responsible use of artificial intelligence and greater transparency by companies, as consumer trust is key to the long-term success of companies.
Keywords:Artificial intelligence, digital marketing, ethical considerations, marketing automation.
