Ta pristop vključuje ponovno opredelitev problemov, ustvarjanje različnih idej in prototipiranje rešitev, kar na koncu privede do učinkovitejšega odločanja in strateškega načrtovanja. V bistvu dizajnersko razmišljanje opremlja vodje z orodji za premagovanje zapletenih izzivov, spodbujanje organizacijske rasti in navdihovanje sodelovalnih, v prihodnost usmerjenih okolij.

Title:Design thinking in leadership
Abstract:The thesis focuses on exploring design thinking and how it can be applied to the management process. The thesis also explored how design thinking can be implemented in different leadership styles and how it can be applied in project management. We found that design thinking is an approach to leadership that emphasises human-centred problem solving and innovation. We have found that design thinking, based on empathy, experimentation and iteration, encourages leaders to deeply understand the needs and perspectives of their teams and users. By applying the principles of design thinking, leaders can foster a culture of creativity, adaptability and resilience. This approach involves redefining problems, generating different ideas and prototyping solutions, ultimately leading to more effective decision-making and strategic planning. In essence, design thinking equips leaders with the tools to overcome complex challenges, foster organisational growth and inspire collaborative, forward-looking environments. And design thinking is on the rise because its use is well suited to times of rapid change and so-called 'wicked' problems.
