Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava načrtovanje in izvajanje začasnih prometnih ureditev na državnih cestah. Osredotoča se na vpliv začasnih prometnih zapor na promet in varnost ter predstavi domačo zakonodajo in druge veljavne predpise, ki urejajo področje zapor. V delu je posebej obravnavana športna prireditev »Tek čez ptujski grad«, ki zahteva usklajene začasne prometne ureditve za nemoten in varen potek dogodka. Predstavljeni so postopki za pridobitev dovoljenja in načrta za zaporo ceste. Diplomsko delo prispeva k boljšemu razumevanju in načrtovanju začasnih prometnih ureditev.

Title:
Planning of road closures on state roads; example: complete closure in the case of an event
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the planning and implementation of temporary traffic regulations on state roads. It focuses on the impact of temporary traffic closures on traffic and safety, and presents domestic legislation and other applicable regulations governing the area of closures. The work specifically deals with the sports event ''Tek čez ptujski grad", which requires coordinated temporary traffic arrangements for the smooth and safe course of the event. The procedures for obtaining a permit and plan for a road closure are presented. The thesis contributes to a better understanding of the planning of temporary traffic arrangements.
