Metode: Izvedli smo pregled znanstvene literature z iskanjem v podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CINAHL ULTIMATE (EBSCOhost), Cochrane Library in ScienceDirect. Raziskave smo razvrstili v hiearhijo dokazov. Potek iskanja in pregleda smo prikazali v PRISMA diagramu. Vključene raziskave smo prikazali v evalvacijski tabeli.

Title:The effectiveness of mobile applications for raising awareness among adolescents about the risky use of alcohol
Abstract:Introduction: Risky drinking of alcohol in adolescents is a serious problem of modern times. At this time, mobile applications represent a very accessible means of raising awareness of adolescents. The purpose of the final thesis is to explore the effectiveness of mobile applications for raising awareness of adolescents about the risky use of alcohol. Method: We conducted a review of the scientific literature using searches in the databases PubMed, CINAHL ULTIMATE (EBSCOhost), Cochrane Library and ScienceDirect. We have classified the research into a hierarchy of evidence. We have shown the search and review process in a PRISMA diagram. The included research is presented in an evaluation table. Results: Of the 161 studies, 6 studies were identified, which were systematic literature review (n = 1), individual randomised controlled trials (n = 3), mixed methods studies (n = 1) and qualitative studies (n = 1). Research has shown that mobile apps, mobile messaging, a risky drinking reduction program, and brief interventions are effective in making adolescents aware of risky alcohol use. Discussion and conclusion: With the right interventions, mobile apps can reduce risky drinking among adolescents by taking advantage of the development of mobile technology and the popularity of phones among young people.
