Abstract:
Povišana telesna temperatura je eden glavnih razlogov za obisk zdravnika v otroški dobi. Od tega 2–5 % otrok v starostnem obdobju od 6 do 60 mesecev doživi vročinske krče. Zato je zniževanje povišane telesne temperature ključnega pomena. Namen zaključnega dela je ugotoviti učinkovitost intervencij za zniževanje telesne temperature in preprečevanje vročinskih krčev pri otrocih s povišano telesno temperaturo.

Title:
Efficacy of interventions to reduce fever and prevent febrile convulsions in children
Abstract:
Fever is one of the main reasons for visiting a doctor during childhood. Among children aged 6-60 months, 2-5% experience febrile seizures. Therefore, reducing fever is crucial. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to determine the effectiveness of interventions for lowering body temperature and preventing febrile seizures in children with fever.
