Abstract:V tem diplomskem delu se obravnava problematika kompresorske postaje in dimenzioniranje tlačne posode v podjetju.

Title:Optimization of the compressor station and dimensioning of the belonging pressure vessel in the plant of the company
Abstract:This seminar deals with the problem of optimization of the compressor station and with the dimensioning of the pressure vessel in the company. Compressed air with a nominal pressure of 6 bars is used in production, representing the basic energy medium without which production cannot operate. This medium is urgently needed, 24 hours a day throughout the year. For this reason, sufficient compressors for the production of compressed air must be installed on-site. Considering that the production of compressed air represents one of the largest and consequently also the most expensive consumers of energy, even the smallest optimization or the purchase of a more powerful and economical machine is crucial. Now the production of compressed air takes place systematically, namely with an integrated system of three compressors, which ensure a final system pressure of 6 bars. All these years, the production has been increasing and as a result, there has been a problem in providing a sufficient amount of compressed air. The seminar presents the replacement of the existing compressor with a suitable larger compressor and the sizing of the suitable pressure vessel for air storage, which will meet the needs of increased production in the plant.
Keywords:Optimizing the compressor station, compressor, compressor replacement, pressure vessel, EN standard, energy consumption.
