Abstract:Razvoj tehnologije in internetnih tehnologij je prispeval k pogostejši uporabi družbenih omrežij, ki so postala pomemben del našega vsakdanjega življenja.

Title:Influencer marketing and it's impact on consumer behaviour
Abstract:Developments in technology and internet technologies have contributed to the increased use of social networks, which have become an important part of our daily lives. Social networks allow us to keep in touch with long-distance friendships, follow the lives of those close to us, and quickly access information, but too frequent use can have a negative impact on our perception of reality due to social comparisons. This study analyzes the reasons for following influencers on social networks, the most common types of content and areas of interest to users, and the different impacts that content has on users. The results show that users follow influencers mainly for interesting and engaging content, entertainment, relaxation, and inspiration. In addition, influencers are often a source of information and experience, especially when planning trips. By reviewing existing research, it was deduced that users frequently use social networks to find new and branded products and to get codes that give them an extra discount on their purchases. This research shows that videos and stories are the content formats that capture users' attention the most, while images are less effective at capturing attention. The impact of published content on consumers was found to be mixed. Some users perceived a positive impact (35%), others had a negative impact (19%), and the majority of users felt that posted content had no impact on them (55%). The survey showed that content can have an impact on connecting, giving good advice and ideas, but it can also have a negative impact on self-image and self-esteem
