Title:Prenova in optimizacija procesa nabavnih zahevkov v podjetju Iskraemeco d. d.

Abstract:Zaključno delo obravnava optimizacijo procesa obdelave nabavnih zahtevkov v podjetju. Namen diplomskega dela je bil proučiti obstoječi proces, identificirati ozka grla in predlagati izboljšave, ki bi povečale učinkovitost ter skrajšale čas obdelave. Delo se nanaša na področje upravljanja nabavnih procesov znotraj informacijskega sistema podjetja, specifično v okviru PLM orodja ARAS in ERP sistema Infor. V nalogi smo uporabili analitične metode za pregled trenutnega stanja, identifikacijo težavnih točk in modeliranje predlaganih izboljšav. Poglavitni rezultati dela kažejo, da je z uvedbo ponujenih izboljšav mogoče zmanjšati trajanje obdelave nabavnih zahtevkov s 63 na 47 ur, kar pomeni skrajšanje procesa za približno 25 %. Optimizacija je vključevala izboljšave v aktivnem času obdelave, odpravo nepotrebnega časa čakanja in izboljšanje usklajevanja v koraku podpisovanja. Zaključki naloge potrjujejo, da so predlagane izboljšave izvedljive in prinašajo pomembne koristi za podjetje.

Title:Redesign and optimization of the purchase order process in the company Iskraemeco d. d.
Abstract:The thesis addresses the optimization of the purchase order processing in the company. The work aimed to examine the existing process, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements that would increase efficiency and reduce processing time. The research focuses on the management of the purchase order process within the company's information system, specifically within the PLM tool ARAS and the ERP system Infor. Analytical methods were used in the thesis to review the current state, identify problem areas, and model proposed improvements. The main results of the research show that with the introduction of the proposed improvements, it is possible to reduce the processing time from 63 hours to 47 hours, which represents a reduction of approximately 25 %. The optimization included improvements in active processing time, elimination of unnecessary waiting time, and enhanced coordination in the signing step. The conclusions of the thesis confirm that the proposed improvements are feasible and bring significant benefits to the company.
