Abstract:
V logistiki sistemski pristop omogoča izboljšanje učinkovitosti z obravnavanjem celotne oskrbovalne verige kot sistema. To vključuje analizo vseh delov logističnega sistema in njihovega medsebojnega delovanja, kar omogoča natančno določanje področij, kjer je potrebna optimizacija. Kljub težavam pri standardizaciji vrednotenja zaradi raznolikosti logističnih sistemov je pristop ključen za reševanje izzivov v sodobnih kompleksnih okoljih. Priporočila vključujejo integracijo sistemskega razmišljanja v logistiko ter poglobljeno analizo in implementacijo pristopa za boljše reševanje zapletenih situacij v prihodnosti. Sistemski pristop pomaga pri poslovanju logistike in pripomore k boljši organizaciji oskrbovalnih verig ter je ključnega pomena za uspešno upravljanje sodobnih organizacij.

Title:
Applying a systems approach to logistics and supply chains
Abstract:
In logistics, a systems approach allows to improve efficiency by treating the whole supply chain as a system. This involves analysing all parts of the logistics system and how they interact to pinpoint areas where optimisation is needed. Despite the difficulties in standardising evaluation due to the diversity of logistics systems, the approach is key to addressing the challenges in modern complex environments. Recommendations include the integration of systems thinking into logistics and the in-depth analysis and implementation of the approach to better address complex situations in the future. A systems approach helps to operate logistics and better organise supply chains and is key to the successful management of modern organisations.
