Metode: Izvedli smo pregled literature, ki smo jo iskali v podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CINAHL, ScienceDirect, Cochrane Library in dodatno z Google Scholar. Uporabili smo deskriptivno in komparativno metodo ter metode kompilacije, analize in sinteze. Z JBI in MMAT ocenjevalnima lestvicama smo podali kritično oceno člankov. Za prikaz sistematičnega pregleda literature smo uporabili PRISMA diagram. Rezultati: V pregled in analizo smo vključili 8 člankov - glede na hierarhijo dokazov smo 1 članek umestili v prvi nivo, 2 članka v četrti nivo, 3 v peti nivo in 2 v sedmi nivo.

Title:Approaches of the nurse-manager in managing deviations and strengthening the safety culture in health care quality system
Abstract:Deviations in healthcare represent a major problem, which can lead to the occurrence of medical complications, disability or death in patients and have a significant impact on the quality of healthcare. The purpose of the final work was to investigate MS - manager approaches in managing deviations in healthcare activities and their role in building a culture of safety. Methods: We performed a literature review, which was searched in PubMed, CINAHL, ScienceDirect, Cochrane Library and additionally Google Scholar databases. We used descriptive and comparative methods as well as compilation, analysis and synthesis methods. We provided a critical assessment of the articles using the JBI and MMAT rating scales. A PRISMA diagram was used to show the systematic literature review. Results: We included 8 articles in the review and analysis - according to the hierarchy of evidence, we placed 1 article in the first level, 2 articles in the fourth level, 3 in the fifth level and 2 in the seventh level. All articles confirm that, in addition to organizing UN and working directly with patients, the MS manager is involved in many activities, the common denominator of which is safe and quality patient care, aimed at minimizing deviations and their negative consequences. Discussion and conclusion: We found that the MS - manager by ensuring satisfactory working conditions, organizing the UN, standardizing work, eliminating deviations, promoting education, offering support to employees, etc., works in the daily practice of the UN, while constantly facing safety issues and issues related to the quality of patient care.
