Abstract:Vključevanje otrok s posebnimi potrebami v redne osnovne šole prinaša vse več novih izzivov. Stališča učiteljev do vključevanja otrok s posebnimi potrebami v razred skupaj s tipičnimi vrstniki pomembno spodbujajo ali ovirajo uspešno inkluzijo v vzgoji in izobraževanju. Magistrsko delo razišče stališča učiteljev v praksi in bodočih učiteljev do vzgojno-izobraževalne inkluzije otrok s posebnimi potrebami v osnovni šoli. Podrobneje so predstavljene razlike v stališčih učiteljev v praksi in bodočih učiteljev do posameznih pokazateljev splošnih stališč do inkluzije glede na starost, izkušnje, usposobljenost in status. Raziskovanje poteka s spletnim anketnim vprašalnikom, oblikovanim za učitelje razrednega pouka. Zbran je vzorec 96 učiteljev razrednega pouka in 39 bodočih učiteljev. Zbrani podatki so nato obdelani s statističnim programskim paketom SPSS. S pomočjo statističnih testov je na koncu pridobljen vpogled v stališča učiteljev do inkluzije.

Title:Analysis of attitudes of future teachers and teachers in practice towards the educational-inclusion of students with special needs
Abstract:The inclusion of children with special needs in regular primary schools brings about an increasing number of new challenges. Teachers, as key actors in inclusion, bear a significant burden in this regard. Teachers who teach in inclusive classrooms are expected to acquire all the necessary knowledge for working with students with special needs and fully embrace the idea of inclusion or inclusive teaching. Opara believes that teachers' attitudes are crucial for the realization of inclusion, but these attitudes depend on various factors, as identified by Schmidt and Čagran in their research. Teachers' attitudes toward the inclusion of children with special needs in classrooms alongside their typical peers significantly encourage or hinder successful inclusion in education. In the master's thesis, we explored the attitudes of practicing teachers and future teachers toward the inclusive education of children with special needs in elementary schools. We were particularly interested in the differences in attitudes of practicing teachers and future teachers toward individual indicators of general attitudes towards inclusion based on age, experience, qualifications, and status. We approached the research with an online survey questionnaire designed for elementary school teachers. We collected a sample made up of 96 elementary school teachers and 39 future teachers. We then processed the collected data using statistical software package SPSS. Through statistical tests, we gained valuable insights into teachers' attitudes toward inclusion.
