V diplomskem delu smo uporabili metodo deskripcije, kvantitativno metodo s primarnimi podatki, kjer smo anketirali s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, teoretično metodo, metodo kompilacije in statistično metodo.

Title:Motivation for education in the company x
Abstract:In today’s business environment, continuous education is crucial for maintaining a company’s competitive advantage, as well as for the personal and professional development of employees. This thesis examines the areas and forms of education, as well as the motivational factors and obstacles faced by employees at Company X. The aim of the thesis was to assess current employee satisfaction with education programs, identify key motivators that encourage participation, and recognize potential barriers that might hinder their involvement. In the final part of the study, we employed descriptive methods, quantitative analysis with primary data collected through a survey questionnaire, theoretical methods, compilation methods, and statistical methods. The results indicate that employees are highly satisfied with the current state of education. The most important motivational factors are the development of new skills, personal growth and development, and personal satisfaction among employees at Company X. Although employees identified a lack of time as the biggest obstacle to further education, they emphasized that they still maintain a strong enthusiasm for learning. Employees expressed the greatest interest in education focused on learning foreign languages and acquiring technical skills, with seminars and off-site training programs being the most preferred forms of education.
