Abstract:V magistrskem delu sem raziskoval uporabo dodajalnih tehnologij, predvsem 3D tiskanja, pri izdelavi individualnih medicinskih pripomočkov.

Title:Additive technologies in the development and supply of personalized medical devices
Abstract:In my master's thesis, I investigated the use of additive technologies, especially 3D printing, in the production of individual medical devices. Traditional processes are time-consuming and expensive, so I studied technologies such as SLS, MJF, SLA and FDM, and compared the properties of the materials. I also analyzed the legislative requirements (MDR, ISO). In the experimental part, I analyzed the processes of 3D scanning, modeling and printing of a medical device and assessed its mechanical properties according to the ISO 10328 standard. The results show that 3D printed devices are comparable or better than traditional ones, which confirms their potential in medicine.
