Z modelom bomo omogočili doslednejše delovanje kadrovskih procesov in kadrovskega managementa ob upoštevanju in razumevanju pravih motivatorjev zaposlovanja. Hkrati pomembno aplikativno prispeva k razvoju področja neprekinjenega poslovanja.

Title:Employee motivators as a prerequisite for the safety of continuous processes in food logistics
Abstract:The analysis of scientific literature found no study dealing with employee motivation as a prerequisite for the safety of continuous processes in food logistics. In the past, there was no need in the scientific and application environment to focus on employee motivation, and movement restrictions imposed, for example during the most recent pandemics, showed the need to seek new models of employee motivators. The research addresses the HR field for the needs of management in food logistics. Appropriate theoretical basis and research process were used in designing a model of employee motivators for the needs of management in food logistics which provides a high level of safety and continuous processes of organisations. The research conducted in Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, the Czech Republic and Spain presented us with building blocks of a logistics and motivation model in the continuous processes for supplying fruit and vegetables, and these elements were then linked into an organisational model. We found that the model is significantly influenced by digitisation, robotisation and artificial intelligence. The model will be applied to achieve a more consistent functioning of HR processes and HR management while taking into account and understanding the true employment motivators. In this way, we will limit and mitigate employee turnover and motivate job seekers in the field of food logistics and continuous safe provision of food. The logistics and motivation model established is an original contribution to the scientific literature focusing on the safety of operations in the process of providing quality food, including fruit and vegetables, for all stakeholders. At the same time, it can be applied in the development of continuous processes.
